  • We will expect returns within 14 days of the orginial purchase date.  No refunds will be given after 14 days of the orginial purchase date. Returns must be in orginial package or box.  All manuals, covers, and power cable, etc. must be in included with return.  There will be a 15% restock fee, and customer is responsible for return shipping.  Once the product has been received, then refund will be issued with 15% restock fee deducted.

  • Please allow 7 days for process and handling.  Once shipped, customer will receive a tracking number.  We use USPS, UPS, and FedX for shipping.  Cost of shipping will be figured based on weight and size of the items purchased.
